No two warehouses are identical. Material types, ceiling heights, crane specifications, floor conditions, and throughput requirements all vary. That’s why every Tcrack telescopic cantilever rack system is custom-engineered to match your exact operational parameters. Our in-house engineering team handles the entire process from initial site survey to final installation commissioning.
Our engineers collect critical data: warehouse dimensions, floor specifications, overhead crane capacity and hook height, material inventory (types, sizes, weights), daily throughput requirements, and safety regulations. For international projects, we work from customer-provided drawings and video surveys.
Using AutoCAD and SolidWorks, we create detailed 2D layouts and 3D models showing rack placement, aisle widths, crane coverage zones, and material flow paths. Multiple layout options are presented with storage capacity calculations for each configuration.
Finite Element Analysis (FEA) validates structural integrity under maximum load conditions. We simulate static loads, dynamic forces during extension/retraction, seismic loads (for earthquake zones), and fatigue life for high-cycle applications. Safety factor: minimum 1.5× rated capacity.
Production follows ISO 9001:2015 quality management. Key processes: CNC cutting → welding (AWS D1.1 certified) → shot blasting (Sa 2.5) → powder coating → assembly → load testing. Every rack undergoes 110% proof load test before shipping.
Our installation team (or supervised local contractors for international projects) handles anchoring, assembly, alignment, and testing. Commissioning includes full-load testing of every arm, drive mechanism calibration, and operator training. Complete documentation package provided.
