Manufacturing Process & Quality Control

Our Manufacturing Facility

CFS Industrial Group operates a modern manufacturing facility equipped with CNC cutting, robotic welding, automated shot blasting, and powder coating lines. Our annual production capacity exceeds 5,000 tons of finished rack systems, serving customers in over 50 countries.

Factory overview

Step 1: Material Receiving & Inspection

All incoming steel is inspected against mill certificates for grade, thickness, and surface quality. Only steel meeting our specifications enters production. Rejected material is returned to suppliers.

Step 2: CNC Cutting & Forming

Plasma and laser CNC cutting machines produce components with ±1mm precision. CNC press brakes form base plates, brackets, and reinforcement gussets to exact specifications. All cut edges are deburred for safety and coating adhesion.

Step 3: Welding

AWS D1.1 certified welders perform all structural welding using MIG/MAG processes with CO2/Argon shielding gas. TC Series racks are fully welded — uprights, arms, and bracing form a rigid one-piece structure. Weld quality is verified by visual inspection and ultrasonic testing on critical joints.

Step 4: Shot Blasting

Automated shot blasting removes mill scale, rust, and contaminants to Sa 2.5 grade (ISO 8501-1). This creates an ideal surface profile for coating adhesion. Components are coated within 4 hours of blasting to prevent flash rust.

Step 5: Powder Coating

Electrostatic powder coating applied in a controlled spray booth, then cured at 180-200°C for 15-20 minutes. Standard coating thickness: 60-80μm. Available in any RAL color. Salt spray resistance: ≥500 hours per ISO 9227.

Step 6: Assembly & Testing

Completed components are assembled into rack units. Every telescopic arm is tested for smooth extension/retraction. Load testing at 110% rated capacity verifies structural integrity. Dimensional checks confirm compliance with drawings.

Step 7: Packing & Shipping

Racks are protected with foam padding, stretch wrap, and steel banding. Container loading is supervised to prevent transit damage. Packing lists, assembly drawings, and quality certificates accompany every shipment.
