Key Features: Horizontal Bracing | Fully Knock-Down Design | Unlimited Width | Built for Export & Oversized Storage
TE Rack (Tcrack Export/Expandable) is one of the earliest established designs in the Tcrack product line. Its fully knock-down design was created specifically to overcome the physical limitations of shipping containers.
TE Series columns are not single profiles but composite structures made of two blue “column plates.” The cantilever beams are cleverly installed between the two column plates, secured with high-strength pins and bolts. Columns are connected by horizontal bracing, creating a progressive ladder-like structure.
💡 Visual Identification: Spot the horizontal bracing between columns + dual column plate structure — that’s the TE Series.

TE Rack allows arms, column plates, and bases to be completely disassembled for packing. Regardless of arm width needed (e.g., storing 2m-wide aluminum sheets), shipping is limited only by component length — completely unrestricted by width — fitting easily into standard 40ft high-cube containers (40HQ).
Compared to TC Series welded units that exceed container door width (2.34m) requiring expensive open-top containers, TE Series knock-down packaging saves 30–50% on international logistics costs — a decisive commercial advantage for overseas customers.
TE Series modular design means arm depth is unrestricted by any physical limitation. Whether 1.5m or 3m ultra-wide storage is needed, it can be achieved by adjusting column plate spacing — perfectly solving oversized material storage challenges in aerospace and other industries.
▲ Loading at factory gate: TE Series knock-down structure ensures efficient loading into standard containers
▲ Compact packaging: Palletized with stretch film wrapping, leaving loading clearance within container width
▲ Neatly stacked rack components with electrostatic powder coating + stretch film wrapping, strict export packaging QC
▲ Factory pre-assembly stage: Blue columns, bases and red telescopic arms assembled, verified then disassembled for shipping
