Components & Spare Parts Guide

Complete Component Breakdown

Every Tcrack telescopic cantilever rack system is built from precision-engineered components designed to work together as an integrated storage solution. Understanding these components helps with maintenance planning, spare parts ordering, and system customization. All components are manufactured from Q235B/Q345B structural steel with powder-coated or galvanized finish.

Structural Components

UPRIGHT COLUMNS

Main vertical structural members. TC Series uses one-piece welded H-beam columns. TE Series uses split column sections connected by brackets. Heights from 2,000-10,000mm. Material: Q345B hot-rolled steel, yield strength 345 MPa.

TELESCOPIC ARMS

Horizontal extending members that carry the stored materials. Constructed from rectangular steel tube with internal guide rollers. 100% extension capability. Load capacity: 500-5,000 kg per arm depending on model and length.

CROSS BRACING

TC Series: X-type diagonal bracing welded between uprights for maximum rigidity. TE Series: Horizontal bracing bolted between upright sections. Both types provide lateral stability and resist racking forces during arm extension.

BASE PLATES

Heavy-duty steel plates (20mm Q345B) welded to column bases. Pre-drilled for M20 chemical anchor bolts. Distribute column loads to the concrete floor. Leveling shims included for floor irregularities up to 10mm.

Drive Mechanism Components

CHAIN DRIVE SYSTEM

Industrial-grade roller chain (08B/10B series) connects the crank mechanism to the telescopic arm. Chain tensioners maintain proper tension. Lubrication interval: every 3 months or 500 cycles.

GEAR REDUCTION BOX

Worm gear or planetary gear reducer with ratio 1:40 to 1:60. Converts high-speed low-torque crank rotation to low-speed high-torque arm movement. Self-locking feature prevents arm drift under load. Sealed housing with lifetime lubrication.

CRANK HANDLE

Ergonomic folding crank handle with anti-slip grip. Folds flat when not in use to prevent aisle obstruction. Handle length: 300-400mm. Operating force: 5-15 kg depending on load and gear ratio.

GUIDE RAILS & ROLLERS

Precision-machined guide rails inside the arm housing ensure smooth, straight extension. Nylon or steel rollers (4-8 per arm) reduce friction and prevent metal-to-metal contact. Roller replacement: every 5,000-10,000 cycles.
