Injection molding RFQs are rarely simple.
The buyer may worry about tooling cost, mold ownership, material selection, shrinkage, tolerance, color consistency, certification, and long-term production stability.
If your website only says “custom plastic parts manufacturer,” it does not reduce those risks.
What buyers need
- supported materials;
- mold design process;
- tooling timeline;
- mold ownership policy;
- production volume range;
- tolerance guidance;
- quality certifications;
- secondary processes;
- assembly and packaging options.
Common website failure
Many injection molding sites show product photos but no engineering process. Buyers cannot tell whether the factory can support DFM, mold trial, material testing, or repeat production.
Better content paths
Create pages for:
- custom injection molding;
- mold making;
- material selection;
- overmolding;
- insert molding;
- medical or automotive applications if supported;
- DFM checklist.
Next step
Run /website-diagnostic-engine/ before spending more on ads. If your molding site lacks tooling and quality proof, serious buyers will not send detailed RFQs.
