TC Series Shipping (Pre-Assembled)
TC Series racks ship as pre-assembled welded units. Each unit is loaded vertically into standard 40ft high-cube containers (40HC). Due to the welded construction, overall width is limited to approximately 2,300mm to fit through container doors. Typical container utilization: 40-60% by volume. Protective packaging includes foam padding, stretch wrap, and steel banding.
TE Series Shipping (Flat-Pack)
TE Series components are disassembled and flat-packed for maximum container utilization. Uprights, arms, bracing, and hardware are bundled separately with clear labeling. Container utilization: 85-95% by volume — nearly double the TC Series. This significantly reduces per-unit shipping costs for international orders, making TE Series the preferred choice for overseas customers.
