Domestic Certificates Mean Nothing Overseas
Many export websites fill their “About Us” page with Chinese business licenses, tax registrations, and local chamber of commerce plaques. Overseas buyers cannot read them and do not recognize the authorities behind them. This approach does not build trust in cross-border trade.
Engineers Look at Quality Control
B2B buyers evaluate risk objectively. They need proof that your assembly line can deliver 100,000 flawless units. They don’t care about your local awards.
Provide Engineering-Grade Proof
Remove the decorative plaques and upload these three items instead:
1. Scans of actual third-party testing reports from SGS or TUV, with the core data highlighted.
2. A photo of a technician using a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), with text stating your exact tolerance control limit (e.g., 0.01mm).
3. Photos of your export packaging and palletizing process, proving you know how to handle anti-rust and shock absorption for ocean freight.
